We just got the check today. We got our entire security deposit back. In fact, there were a few things that they should have charged us for but didn't. (Drip pans for the stove that I had replaced with black enamel and forgot to put the stainless back and wood trim above the closet that was damaged by the closet door falling off of the track and hitting it.)
I don't know why they didn't charge us for those things and I am sure not going to ask them!
